In a world of crappy goods and service, these radios are a refreshing break from the norm! Powtoon full version free download. I bought ours in December.
I have employees that can easily break an anvil. The radios are still working awesome in July. I have not had to rplace a single one or a battery yet. Excellent customer service all around. These radios are smarter than I am and can be programmed with a lot more sophisticated modes than we use. We charge the shop radios every night. I had some extras that were not being used so I took them to a scout camp for leadership to communicate.
We ran those radios for three days and never even charged them! For the longest time I was buying the 'basic' radios from bestbuy/academy/samsclub/bass pro for between 40 to 75 dollars for a two pack. Some of them lasted less than three months. If you. First off let me say I looked and compared different brands for a couple of months before I bought these.
I live out in the country and needed a way to communicate with the wife and children. Up on arrival we charged the units for a complete 24-30 hrs.
Then tested them in wooded areas, down gravel roads and in hilly terrain. I must admit, in my area they work great.
I have gotten as far a 5-6 miles away down hills and in thick tree cover and still gotten reception. Pretty good reception. Very clear and loud. I will post more with continued use.
But for now really impressed. I bought two sets of these radios (for a total of 12) to communicate with a team of folks hosting an event at a site about one square mile in size, all of whom would be constantly going in and out of multiple buildings. In fact, we'd rarely be anyplace on site with a clear unobstructed line of site, which most of radio models seem to require for clear communication. I am happy to report that the two sets synced perfectly with each other straight out of the box, no adjustment needed. And they worked exceedingly well with crisp clear communication regardless of whether folks were inside or outside. Other perks were that we made use of the extra available channels so small groups could have their own separate, semi-private conversations as needed while leaving the main channel free.
The radios are very sturdy and well made. You also get. I have bought my entire fleet from Retevis. Don't hesitate, they are A. I have clear sound, yeah the antennaes don't last long, but my 400 dollars motorolas don't either, so there you go.
These are my work horse for my company. I run a 250000 square foot facility with steel racks full of pallets 36 feet high. Safe to say, yes they work, and not I am not a troll!!!!! Just a happy customer.
Now for those who say its cheap, yeah it is, your getting 10 radios for less than the price of one radio. You break one after a year, guess what you buy 10 more or 3 more, or 6 more whatever. Your team of warehouse employees breaks one Motorola, guess what your pissed off and that person is out a job, or they get written up.
Floureon Walkie Talkie Manual
We purchased these to use on our move to a different state, one of us was driving the u haul and the other the car. We didn;t want to have to fumble with our phones while driving or risk losing reception when we were out in the middle of nowhere. These worked out so well.
They held the charge great (we recharged every night just to be safe, but they lasted all day, usually 8+ hours of driving). We weren't also super close to each other on the road either (especially on high ways where traffic was bad and we had to separate/cars cutting in between us/etc) and we were really shocked at how well these worked.
We never had issues heading each other. They really were what kept us sane on that trip! I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to spend a ton but who wants. How can you possibly go wrong with these! I consider these to be 'disposable' radios for the maintenance crew. Using CHIRP, they program perfectly to our narrow-band FM business-band repeater, DPL tone and all.

You can buy 20 of these for the price of one of the 'Big M' radios, and if someone accidentally drops one in a bucket of paint. At this price, they're disposable. By the way, we have one completely covered in light-tan latex paint, and after wiping it off, it still works anyway. Works so far as described. So far, I have only tested these radios on the low-power FRS channels. At 1.6 miles and line-of-sight, the audio was crystal clear. Even at 1.1 miles, with lots of residential buildings interfering, the low-power FRS channel still was useful for communication, though it had lots of static.
My family owns a used car lot, service center & a towing service. Recently my father has come out of retirement (mom made him get out of the house, lol) but he is 72 years old & don’t get around like he use too.
I ordered these radios not expecting much but they are one of my best investments. With 4 radios he never leaves his desk other than going to fill his coffee cup, & he’s in constant contact with every point of the business. And I also love that each radio comes with a ear piece so if I’m on the lot with customers, I know exactly what’s going on without interruption. We charge at night & use all day long. When we wear these out I will get the same exact set again. I think the radios themselves are of decent quality, however, the stock battery is abysmal. After allowing the units to fully charge we only got about 2 and a half hours out of them before they started beeping.
The beeping was remedied by restarting the units to which the battery would report full charge for another hour or so before beeping again. The radios do accept standard AA batteries, and I think buying a rechargeable set would be a great alternative to the stock batteries. The AA's also report a longer duration of operation than the stock batteries do.Since the unit beeps when the battery reports a low charge it makes the radios less than ideal for stealth. We used them for hunting and their is nothing more obnoxious than having the radio beep loudly in a silent forest after sitting for only two hours. Works ok but one of the talkies does not hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. Battery does not charge. Plus it doesn't always come though the earpiecesupdated: the company is really good at customer recovery!
I must of have gotten a fluke with my original order. But these work out great! I appreciate this company and now I appreciate the product. Very well handled very nice/ considerate. People who work in customer service know that the customer isn't always right.
I wasn't expecting a refund or anything really and without hesitation they jumped on the oppertunity to make my experience buying from them an excellent decision.
